February Little Things

Belén has been loving her gymnastic class. We are so grateful that she has been able to have this experience despite being in the midst of a pandemic.
Puzzle lover.
We had a pretty epic snowfall at the beginning of February which resulted in 3 days off of school. We got about 30 inches of snow in total which is the most we've had since living here, which is saying something, because we have had lots of big snow storms during our time here!
We dug out our backyard and made pathways and rooms for a little play house.

We went to PA for a weekend, the kids were very excited to play in the snow with grandpa.

Baking in their kitchen together.
We celebrated some February and March birthdays.
And made some fancy jewelry.
We didn't do birthday parties for the kids this year and instead decided on a family outing that we would all enjoy. We decided to check out the Museum of Play in Rochester, which we had heard lots of good things about, but never visited. There were certain areas that were closed due to Covid, but most of the museum was open and we had a really fun day exploring.

Belen had heard so many fun things about the mini-Wegmas and was SO excited to play here, however, the kids could each only pick out 5 items, and they only let a certain number of people in at a time and then you had to wait in line to get back in, so she didn't get to spend as much time in there as I know she would have liked, but she took it like a champ.
