July Little Things

Sweet sweaty siblings at the Botanical Gardens.

Our library opened on July 15th! Just for curbside or in lobby hold pick up, but it was definitely one of the best days of our summer.

I had to get in on the reading action, Emery on the other hand, had other plans. So sweet to see her sleeping like this considering she RARELY sleeps in our arms anymore.

Our neighbors had a few sparklers that we lit up on the 4th of July. We also had a nice little outdoor bbq with a couple of our YSA friends.

Forgot to take a picture on the 4th, but here's a picture of our outdoor leftover 4th dinner the next day. We have been loving our hand-me-down grill and all the yummy burgers this summer.

Beach day with a baby.

Cousin bonding time.

More cousin bonding time, via Skype.

So glad we got to to be with grandma on her birthday.

Mini golfing with the birthday girl.

The kids love going in to greet Emery each morning when she wakes up. She gets so excited to see them. It's the cutest thing.

We started one on one dates with the kids this month. Belén and I got some ice cream and took it to the park where we practiced cartwheels and played Paw Patrol on the play equipment.

Tooth fairy finds. I think it's hilarious that he never checks first thing in the morning. He always remembers later in the day and asks us to video him checking. I sure did feel embarrassed for the tooth fairy the day he checked for his tooth money and found nothing (ooooooops).

Swimming at Buttermilk Falls.

Living room church devotional via zoom. Like father like son. Churchy on the top, comfy on the bottom.

Saturday swimming at Lake Ontario.

Beachy baby.

Just trying to keep that baby out of the sun, with our itty bitty umbrella, haha.

Found a small town ice cream shop on our way home.

July Opening Day baseball party! We've done a baseball party with the Kreugers since our first year in Ithaca. We were so glad we were finally able to do it before they move.

A youth in our ward did small swim lessons for our kiddos since all the pools are closed this summer and she was having a hard time finding a summer job. Win win.
