We went to Treman State Park and did a little hike the night before my water broke.
April Fool's Day breakfast
Shae froze cereal, milk, and a spoon and gave it to Darin for breakfast on April Fool's day. He was quite pleased with himself.
Brown-E's for dinner. They weren't too thrilled that I didn't have real brownies waiting for after the trick. Lesson learned.
We did get snow in April, but we also had a few nice days. The kids and I tried to get out and hike a trail whenever we could to enjoy the weather and because there was no where else to go during the month of April.

Fun with snow in April. The kids made up their own science experiments. I think Belén’s experiment was to see if you could cut snow with scissors.
Shae wanted to see if snow would melt faster with warm water or cold water.

Quarantine has brought out Darin's baking side. He has become quite the bagel expert, and we have eaten some dang good bagel egg sandwiches recently.
Belén was excited to help make Cinnamon Raisin bagels.

We built a tent one Sunday and learned about King Benjamin. It became the perfect after church napping spot for daddy.
When it hits 60 degrees in Ithaca...
All set up for General Conference with our bowls full of snacks and goodies. The kids got to take an item out of the bowl when they heard the word on the bowl mentioned.
The next day we did some GC bingo with leftover snacks.
and ate a yummy brunch of eggs and Raspberry Sweet Rolls.
We also had a baby! That's a big thing, not a little thing. Definitely deserves a post all of it's own, and hopefully will get one someday :).English Muffins
